Our priority
Our customers and potential customers demand and warrant a high quality product; we take it to be as our responsibility to give them what they want.  If we don't we strongly believe that they will find another product and service provider who can.  If our customer or potential customer requirements are unclear, then it is our job to seek out a better understanding of their requirements.  If we fail at any time then we must determine what went wrong and assure that it doesn't happen again.
