Simplicity The XWSeries arrived on the market circa April 2019 and in a few short months the solution has become the product of choice for Height and Slew Limitation, ‘RCi’ Rated Capacity Indicator and ‘RCL’ Rated Capacity Limiter. The XWSeries has been developed largely around proven hardware which is sold in its thousands worldwide enabling us to provide extended warranties as standard. Behind the software is decades of experience in the development and importantly the application of such solutions. The angle sensors employed are triaxial with giro compensation and combined with the firmware they virtually replicate a direct drive angle sensor, coupled with the installation of proportional valves, ‘soft stop’ you get improved safety and comfort for the operator and greater machine longevity. To reduce operator fatigue the in-cab display will only display to the operator what is important to him/her at the time. If the operator is completing a lifting operation, then that is what is displayed, Radius and Load On Hook. When a set limit becomes close to being breached the in-cab display will switch to display the approach to that set limit whilst continuing to monitor the lifting operation in the background. #ClearMind #ClearView Optional, Internet Of Things ‘IoT’ provides internet connectivity, the 'connected site'; so you can view the machine location and activity/data such as but not limited to, Limits set, Load-on-Hook, etc in real time from your desktop or any mobile device. Third party connectivity with Proximity Warning System ‘PWS’ or our Camera solution with ‘Ai’ People Recognition, for example can be integrated to instigate ‘Creep Control’ .
